Size guide

Preset kits come in three combinations. Every kit contains two of each tip listed, one for each hand, and the sizes always run thumb to pinky.

Preset press-on sizes

If you are between sizes, choose the larger kit. Excess material can be gently filed for a better fit, while a tip that is too small cannot be enlarged. Custom sizing is also available through The Fitting Room.

What the numbers do and do not mean

An Aprés tip number has a fixed dimension within a particular shape and length. The same numbered tip does not become a different width because it sits in a small, medium or large kit. Widths also differ between shapes and lengths, so your size in one box may not transfer exactly to another.

Current Aprés boxes also contain half sizes and size 00 for more exact fitting. Preset kits use whole numbers; half sizes are reserved for custom orders and sizing appointments.

Packaging layout

Each kit is laid out as two mirrored hands, left pinky to left thumb, then right thumb to right pinky.

Refill planning

Building one small, one medium and one large kit in a single box consumes:

Sizes 4 and 5 run out first, followed by size 6. Order those refills before the rest.
